What I love the most about my daily routine is that I finally have one. I say this only because so many years, having a bipolar disorder, without medication, I had no routine at all. I simply did whatever the day merits. If I did not like something, or have an issue, such as paying bills, make a friend, I would pack up and move to the next place.
I am thankful for keeping a medication tray that for a week at a time, I can see if I have taken my medication or not.
In a nut shell, the best part of my day is all of it. From getting up, to going to bed, life is great, even when it ain’t.
